Mr. Advani has over 30 years of finance and operating experience in a variety of industries. He has held senior financial and operating roles at several companies driving growth and value creation and has served as a director on boards of numerous private equity portfolio companies working closely with their management teams.

His experience spans several industries including financial services, manufacturing, publishing, consumer products, retail, internet marketing and ecommerce.

Prior to joining Versa, Mr. Advani was a Managing Director at ICG Group, Inc. Before ICG, Mr. Advani held several senior positions at Advanta Corporation and earlier in his career, he was a Manager in the financial advisory services group at Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Advani is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College where he earned a B.S. in Economics.
