Dr. Lior Yahalomi
Operating Team Expanded
Versa Capital has added a fourth Managing Director to its Operations team, now totaling twelve professionals.
Dr. Lior Yahalomi has over twenty years of global leadership and management experience in the technology, financial services, venture capital and management consulting industries.
He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., a $2 billion public company (NYSE: VSH) in the technology sector; as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development for a GE Capital business unit, where he managed a global team responsible for strategy, M&A, new ventures, and global expansion; and as the Managing Director at CMGI’s @Ventures Technology Fund.
Prior to recently joining the Versa team, Lior completed a successful interim assignment as Chief Financial Officer of our portfolio company Bell+Howell, LLC, where he is now serving as interim Chief Operating Officer as part of the company’s continuing turnaround plan.
Dr. Yahalomi earned his Ph.D. in management from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Engineering from the Technion in Israel.
