Paul Halpern

Mr. Halpern formerly served as Versa’s CIO, a role in which he oversaw and supervised the investment process until his retirement from Versa at the end of 2024.

He remains a Director of Versa's portfolio companies Allen-Vanguard, Alex Apparel, and Silver Airways.

Mr. Halpern received a J.D. from Stanford Law School (with distinction, law review and Order of the Coif) and his B.A. from Reed College (Phi Beta Kappa).
