Stephen Dorman

Mr. Dorman has over 30 years of experience in the design, assessment, application, and management of business technology with particular emphasis on business continuity and enterprise risk management. His industry experience incorporates a wide range of environments, including public and private, civilian and military, and nonprofit and for-profit concerns in the areas of banking, transportation, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology.

A former officer in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Dorman earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from North Carolina State University.

Provides consulting and advisory services to Versa's funds and portfolio companies for fees separate from those earned by the investment adviser.
